The Maison
Founded in 1897 by watchmaker Auguste Veyre, Aevum — from aevum, the time of angels — has remained wilfully small. One valley. One atelier. Twenty-three artisans who sign every bridge they bevel.
“We do not make watches to tell the time. We make them to honour it.”
— Auguste Veyre, 1902 notebookThe Collection

Savoir-Faire
Each movement passes through 214 operations. Côtes de Genève are cut, then broken by hand so light falls softly. Angles are bevelled to 45° and mirror-polished — including the ones you will never see.
Solid German silver, frosted by hand, bevels polished to a black mirror. Signed by its finisher.
The Atelier
Priced transparently, finished identically — whether onyx or glacier. Your composition is reserved for 72 hours.
